We are seeking an Optimization Manager to help establish us as the industry leader in Moment Marketing. You will work at the forefront of this exciting technology, helping to strengthen our client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include:
Manage campaigns and provide excellent service to our clients:
  • Implement campaigns and monitor their delivery
  • Optimize tactics based on data and insights
  • Troubleshoot issues related to pacing, tracking, performance
  • Update clients on a regular basis
  • Work with our Business Intelligence on results and reporting
Manage client relationships across the US and Canada, from sales support through upselling:
  • Provide the business development team with insights and data from past clients to close new deals
  • Onboard new clients and improve time-to-value
  • Elaborate upsell pitch from past results and future opportunities
As part of a fast-growing early-stage startup, you will be given a unique opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of a sales plan that will have a direct impact on the future success of this exciting and expanding business.


To qualify you will need to be a driven, resourceful and detail-oriented Optimization Manager who can demonstrate:
  • – 1-2 years of experience with leading search agency or ad tech company
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an organized mindset
  • Client-facing experience and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive contributor who is able to suggest process/product improvements
  • Comfort with analyzing large amounts of data
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a startup environment and wear many hats
