Eliott is the co-founder and CEO of TVTY. Based in New York, Eliott is responsible for setting up the overall business strategy. He leads and manages a diverse international team on 3 continents with a heavy focus on the United States market. His goal is to help brands bridge the gap between offline and online advertising by embracing the Moment Marketing approach. Eliott holds a M.B.A. from the ESSEC Business School, Paris, France.
COO & Co-founder, TVTY
Pierre is co-founder of TVTY. He is overseeing the company’s business operations as well as the design and development of TVTY’s Moment Marketing Solution, core technology and infrastructure. Pierre holds a MSc in Entrepreneurship and Management from the ESCP Europe.
Amélie has been an entrepreneur for most of her life and has focused her career in the software industry. In 1990, Amélie co-founded GénériX, an ERP company where she handled the marketing and sales aspects. She was part of the board and played a key role in the listing of the company on the stock exchange. From 1999 to 2001, she served as Vice President of the South European region at Augeo Software, a publisher of Professional Services Automation software where she contributed to the restructuring and recovery of the company. In 2004, she became the CEO of Pertinence – a publisher of software for the optimization of industrial processes. In 2008, she sold Pertinence to Intercim, an US publisher of Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence software. She subsequently became the general manager of Intercim Europe, and strongly contributed to sell the group to Dassault Systemes one year later. Amélie is graduate of AgroParisTech (previously known as Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon).
Gregory Gazagne has over 15 years’ experience in media advertising and online marketing, and currently manages a team of over 350 people. Gregory Gazagne, who started at Criteo in 2010, is responsible for actively scaling it to its current size and position as a multi-billion dollar listed company. In his role as a TVTY board member, he brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the thriving company.
François started in the Venture Capital industry in 1998 and has since made over 20 investments in 6 countries. He started his career at France Telecom in 1990 where he held a number of strategy and business development positions during his 7 years tenure in Paris and New York. He then discovered Venture Capital as an Associate Director at Nomura then as SVP at Europ@web before joining the team in 2001.
François holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the ENST in Brest and received an MBA from Columbia University in New York. Francois is passionate about his family, food, wine, travelling, media and building companies.
Philippe Collombel is a co-managing partner of Partech, responsible for the early stage fund. He joined early 2001. Before joining Partech, Philippe managed the innovation and internet initiatives of the largest French retailer, Carrefour. He was the General Manager of its subsidiary e.carrefour. Phillippe started his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) from 1987 to 1998 where he became partner and participated in several major initiatives such as the launching of the strategic services division in Europe. Philippe currently serves on the board of Kantox, Lendix, Lima, Menlook, Milleporte, Qapa, Secret Sales and TVTY.
Philippe has a long track record of successful trade sales such as BrandforFriends (acq. by Ebay), Cartesis (acq. by Business Objects/SMP), Dailymotion (acq. by Orange), Qype (acq. by Yelp), Meiosys (acq. by IBM), Travelprice (acq. by Lastminute), TVTrip (acq. by. TravelClick). Philippe is a graduate of the “Institut d’Etudes Politiques” of Paris and of the Kellogg Graduate School of Business. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Xavier has more than 20 years of experience in the development and investment in technology-driven companies. He worked successively in the Silicon Valley (5 years at Flextronics, the global leader in electronic manufacturing outsourcing, before co-founding JSource, an embedded software solutions based on Java smart cards / payment technology), and at Société Générale, taking over the venture capital activity, following the acquisition of the incubator Kangaroo Village that he co-founded in 2000. Xavier is an affiliated professor in a Master program at ESCP Europe dedicated to Entrepreneurship. He sits on the selection committee of X-Creation, the seed fund of the Ecole Polytechnique. Xavier is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Stanford University.
Romain Mulliez has extensive entrepreneurial experience in France, being the Founder & President of La Vignery, a specialty beverage retailer with both its own stores and franchise outlets. He previously worked at Auchan, and is also the non-executive chairman of Picwic, a French toy retailer. Romain is a graduate of IUA San Francisco.
